Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Small Tree Removal & Hedge Trimming Services 1. Payment Terms Fees: The agreed-upon price is based on the scope of services, including any site assessments, materials, and labor. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late Payment: A late fee of $25 will be applied for payments not received within 7 days of service completion. Further action may be taken for accounts that remain unpaid. 2. Scheduling & Cancellations Scheduling: Service appointments will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Any changes will be communicated by Colian’s Lawn & Landscape at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $25 cancellation fee. 3. Site Preparation & Access Clear Area: The customer must ensure that the service area is clear of personal items, furniture, or obstructions. If obstacles such as fences, rocks, or other objects are present, we may charge an additional fee for removal or reconfiguration. Access: Ensure we have clear access to all areas to be serviced. If extra equipment or work is required to navigate obstacles, additional charges may apply. 4. Tree and Hedge Removal Condition of Trees/Branches: The customer acknowledges that certain trees or branches may be unhealthy or in poor condition. 5. Cleanup and Debris removal: Post-service cleanup: we will remove all debris and waste from the job site. Debris Disposal: If you prefer to keep the debris for your own use (i.e. firewood) please inform us beforehand. 6. Liability & Damages Property Damage: Colian’s Lawn & Landscape is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, landscaping, or structures (e.g., fences, walls, driveways) that may occur during tree removal or hedge trimming. We take every precaution to avoid such issues, but unforeseen damages can sometimes occur, especially in challenging terrain. Risk of Injury: Tree removal and hedge trimming can be hazardous. Customers are advised to keep pets and children away from the service area. Colian’s Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for injury or accidents that occur outside of our control. 7. Service Guarantees Satisfaction: We strive for the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the trimming or removal, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion for any follow-up work or adjustments.
